I want to thank the amazing management at the McDonald’s located at 3215 J F Kennedy boulevard in Union City! My order was done in a precise and timely manner and the food was piping hot and really delicious. But the best part of my visit last night was being served by a wonderful front cashier and young gentleman named Sidel! I do believe I am spelling his name appropriately…if not he was the tall cashier at 12:45 am who has the green stripe throughout his hair. He was such a nice person and very knowledgeable and professional! I wasn’t sure how to order my rewards and deals through the app and he very patiently guided me through it. I had worked a 14 hour shift yesterday and I was so tired but his jovial manner and amicable disposition made it such pleasure…I completely forgot how tired I was! I don’t know what management is doing at 3215 JF Kennedy boulevard location but please don’t stop…you’re doing absolutely amazing!!! And someone please give Sidel a training position( hopefully that comes with a raise as well!) he should train all the cashiers how to be so upbeat and kind…even at such a late hour in the day! I was afraid since I wanted to drive thruh because there was a long line before me. But it went so fast !!! Very efficient team. McDonald's BigMac always so tasty and their fries remain the best ones!

Max the manager and his staff work hard. It was clean when I visited. 5 stars for the playground space for the little ones!

Food and staff were good late night. The store is full of homeless people and it has quite a sketchy atmosphere late night

A regular McDonald's shop - but this one looks nicer than others in the surrounding. I must confess we've been there only to try the Frozen Coke - it was good! I've been doing something similar at home for decades, so it was good to taste the professional version of it. A funny thing is that I've had a hard time trying to open men's restroom door from the outside - and I still can't figure out the secret. Need to try again next time I'm there for a Frozen Coke.

Another plus is the surrounding facilities, such as gas stations and supermarkets, making it a good stop for errands or a quick meal. Pros: 1. Online orders are processed quickly. 2. A large dining area and a kids' play zone make it great for families. 3. Plenty of parking spots and an efficient drive-thru. 4. Close to gas stations and supermarkets. Cons: The entrance is on Bergen Turnpike, just north of the Bergen Tpk at JFK Blvd bus stop. It’s easy to miss, especially at night due to poor lighting. A clear sign would be very helpful for drivers. Overall, this is a great McDonald’s location with fast service and a convenient setup. Just keep an eye out for the entrance if you’re driving in at night!
